Can I use the service without changing the CTI/PBX currently in use?: You can use the service if your system is SIP compatible. We have listed systems with proven track records. If you have a system other than those listed, we can provide a test (free trial), so please feel free to contact us.
What happens to my phone line order?: The phone line will be in the name of IPSPRO, so please contact us for additional numbers or channel (line) increases and decreases.
Can I use fax?: No, you cannot use it.
Can I use it at an overseas call center?: Yes, you can use it.
Can I use the service without changing my phone number?: If you have a 0120/0800/0570 number, number portability is possible to IPSPRO’s phone line.
Can I use an area code?: Only the Tokyo (03-) area code is available.
Can I provide it with a dedicated line at my own data center?: Yes, you can. Please contact us for details.
How long does it take to provide the service?: We can provide it in as little as one week. *The time may vary depending on the availability of phone lines.
